What's the Peugeot Expert like to drive? 

In many respects, the Peugeot Expert is a highly impressive van to drive. You can expect little body roll in the corners and highly responsive steering. What's more, is that the van is highly manoeuvrable, with a tight turning circle of 11.3m. The Peugeot Expert has come on leaps and bounds in NVH (noise, vibrations and harshness), as the new model is incredibly refined at low speeds, even if noise levels do increase on the motorway. This will help keep your business equipment safe and allow you to enjoy your Expert driving experience. 

Peugeot Expert - Performance

There are four engine choices for the Expert ranging from 100bhp to 180bhp. These engines feature Peugeot's BlueHDI technology, which all meet the latest Euro 6.2 standards. The new generation of Euro 6 BlueHDI diesel engines are reputable for low CO2 emissions as well as low running costs. You can choose between the 8-speed automatic transmission (EAT8) or a 6-speed manual gearbox to suit your business requirements and driving needs. The automatic provides fast and fluid gear changes which is ideal for main roads and in-town driving.

The Expert van comes in three body lengths, one roof height and has one of the most competitive payload ratings of any mid-size van, perfect for carrying heavy goods or equipment. The table below displays the exterior dimensions for the Expert: 

The Expert comes in three vehicle weights of 2,700kg (2.7t), 2,900kg (2.9t) and 3,100kg (3.1t). This converts to a maximum payload of 1,000kg, 1,200kg and 1,400kg. The towing capacity ranges from 1,800kg to 2,500kg for a braked trailer and 750kg for an unbraked trailer. Below displays the load area dimensions: 

Expert's Comfortable Interior with Mobile Office 

To give you the most space and versatility, Moduwork provides a load-through bulkhead and folding side passenger seat for those longer items to fit in the van without struggle. Inside the cabin, the Expert is set-up to be a mobile office, with a passenger seat that transforms into a desk, plenty of storage compartments and cupholders for your tea breaks! In terms of technology, there is plenty of that too, with a DAB radio, BlueTooth, USB and aux in-connectivity, electric windows and cruise control as standard. S Premium

Despite the S Premium being the entry level trim, it comes equipped with many safety and security options, which include ESC with Hill Start Assist, remote central locking with deadlocking and seperate locking for cab, driver and passenger airbags, full steel bulkhead and daytime running lights. Comfort and convenience were also a priority, with lumbar adjustment in the driver seat, armrests, dual passenger bench with storage tray, front electric windows, a 12v socket in the cabin, DAB radio with Bluetooth handsfree and cruise control. 

Professional Premium

The Professional Premium is a great van for most trades and offers a range of features and equipment to support your business needs. In addition to S Premium, You can enjoy automatic lights and wipers, air conditioning, a steel bulkhead with a Moduwork load-through flap, a passenger bench seat with a fold-down writing table and storage under the squab of the central passenger seat. You will also receive the latest technological features, which include a 7'' Capacitive colour touchscreen with DAB radio, Bluetooth handsfree USB socket, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. 

Asphalt Premium

If you wish to take your business to the next level, you need the Asphalt Premium. This trim level is fully equipped to give you maximum driving pleasure and all the essentials for your business to run smoothly and efficiently. In addition to the Professional Premium, some of the comfort/convenience equipment includes electric heated door mirrors, leather steering wheel, rear parking camera and rear parking sensors. The exterior is also upgraded, with 17'' alloy wheels, colour codes front and rear bumpers, chrome grille, side rubbing strips, exterior door hands and metallic paint. The Asphalt is packed with technology for safety and entertainment. You will receive Peugeot Connected 3D Navigation with voice recognition, TomTom Live updates, Lane Departure Warning System, Speed Limit Recognition and Recommendation, Driver Attention Assist and Smartbeam Headlights.
